As a community of women, we understand that having safe and engaging care for your children is important. We’ve designed Mini-Mo, our on-premise childcare program to motivate them to dance, sing, play, create and learn! Our staff provides a warm inviting atmosphere for your children.

BODYATTACK™ is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.
BODYFLOW™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength. Each class is made up of 45 minutes of simple but challenging exercises, followed by 10 minutes of relaxation and meditation.
BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.
BODYPUMP™, the original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! THE REP EFFECT™ focuses on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat and produce lean body muscle.
