Weight Loss Revolution & Seminars

Seminars are held on Mondays at 6:30pm in the Mind & Body Studio; they are included with the 1-on-1 Revolution & Group Rev. If not enrolled in the Weight Loss Revolution, the seminars are $5.

Grocery Tour Dates
The grocery tour is held the first Saturday of every month at 10:30am; meet in front of Wegman's. Monday, Oct. 22, the Grocery Tour will be held at 6:30pm. If not entrolled in Weight Loss Revolution, the tour is $10.

Honesty

Our first topic involves defining who we are and why we do the things we do by telling ourselves the truth about why we haven't been able to lose weight or reach a fitness goal in the past. We will cover eight key questions to help each of us explore our current mindset in order to change the behaviors that have held us back in the past.

Responsibility

The second cornerstone of creating a solid mindset involves our thought processes that revolve around outside obstacles that may hinder our weight loss progress. Events such as our childhood upbringing, work-related stress or demanding children's schedules may be thought to be a culprit for our weight gain. We will discuss how to overcome these obstacles.

Commitment

Our third topic involves evaluating our own self-worth and level of respect that we establish for ourselves. Taking care of others involves taking care of ourselves first, and thus, making a strong commitment to do so. We will create an actual "game plan" to balance both important "elements" in our lives.

Inner Strength

Our fourth and final cornerstone will be to find the connection between our inner strength and true will power. Making a conscious choice to carry out healthy nutrition habits needs to last a lifetime.not just 8 weeks. Our focus will be to better understand the journey that is involved to reach our destination.
