Group To Great

Momentum is launching a whole new way to achieve the results you desire that provides the energy and dynamics of working in a group, yet with the individual coaching and attention you can receive from a personal trainer. GROUP TRAINING is now available at Momentum, and it offers those who are ready for the next level beyond classes to get the individual attention to achieve the results they desire, yet comes more affordable than 1-on-1 or Buddy Training. To kick the program off, Momentum has created specific group training options such as “Total Conditioning” for those looking for more personalized challenges similar to Total Tone; “Yoga Advanced” for those ‘Yogies’ who seek to be challenged in their Yoga abilities and poses; Mind & Body Bootcamp for those who are wishing for a hardcore workout outside the walls of purple & yellow; Heart Zones Training for those who wear the watch and really want to know the power and guidance behind the technology (as well as develop their optimal cardiovascular conditioning level);.and Pilates with Props for those Mat Pilates “junkies” who want to take their skills and core conditioning to the next level in a group setting.

GROUP TRAINING is a great option for those not interested in working one-on-one with a trainer for their love of group, yet want a challenge beyond what Momentum currently offers in a group setting. Likewise, it is a great option for those who want to supplement their one-on-one training with something that has more of a social element as well as simply a more affordable option . Group Training will be $20 per session (most sessions will be for about 60 minutes with the exception of “Yoga Advanced” as it will be 75 minutes).

For more information on Group Training, please see this issue’s insert or e-mail Leighann@MomentumFit.com for further information.
