Group Training

Fitness provides an amazing opportunity to evolve and challenge your body’s capabilities. For those women who are looking for “the next level”, we bring you small Group Training. And, for those women who like the energy and comradery of working out with others, yet seek greater individual attention in order to train with more precision, Group Training is here. These are not classes… these programs are designed for more specific personal guidance with the energy derived from a small group setting… the perfect balance between personal results and group motivation. A whole new level of training can be attained; you just need to select from one of the Group Training programs that address your personal goals.

Welcome to a whole new feeling in training!

If 3 or more women are interested in any of the programs listed but cannot make the scheduled time/day, please contact the respective trainer to consider creating your own small group. Groups of 3—10 women who share common goals can create a small group for training at a mutually agreeable time. Contact your trainer of interest to get started!

The Classes

Heart Zones
with Lisa Peterson

Heart Zones© training is a personalized training program to help you achieve your individual goals. Indoor bikes will be used initially but other modes of cardio will be incorporated as the program progresses. A heartrate monitor is required for participation. 60 minutes.

Total Conditioning

Total Conditioning will provide the same motivation you feel when working in a group environment with a specific focus on overall muscle conditioning through circuit training and muscular endurance-based activities designed to tone, define and burn calories. Totally a great workout! 60 minutes

or those looking to improve their quality of life both in and outside the club, this will be an amazing program that will make you feel GOOD! A wonderful option for seniors and those with pain conditions that limit optimal daily functioning. 50 minutes

Each Group Training is offered every week and requires a minimum of 3 women with a maximum of 10 to be conducted. Interested participants must book their space at least 24 hours in advance for participation. Per session rate: $20/person. Payment is made in advance of the session. $30/session for a non-member.
