Attack Lite
Just not ready for BodyAttack or feel it is a little too high-impact or intense? This is an excellent starting point or even staying point if you are looking for a solid fat-burning cardio workout. Attack Lite will provide a modified workout with all the moves done at a low-impact. The workout will also include quick upper body and lower body toning work. The start of the class will always include a brief overview of all the moves you will need to know to feel confident and move great! "Celebrate movement" and "Attack Lite"!
BodyBasics
An excellent option for new members and members new to group classes! This introductory class includes a hint of 3 of Momentum's most popular classes: BodyStep, BodyCombat and BodyPump. You will learn the proper form, moves and beginner options that will allow you to eventually grow into an entire experience in one or all of the three classes. Come try the fun!
BodyAttack
This class that will leave you breathless and fitter than when you walked through the doors! BodyAttack is an intense, sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This 2-peak interval training class combines high-intensity aerobic movement with strength and stabilization work (low options will be demonstrated for those not comfortable with the higher-intensity options). It's high in motivation and uses uplifting music to move everyone towards achieving her fitness goals. guaranteed!
BodyCombat :: "Fight Your Way To Fit!"

This exciting aerobic training program combines moves & stances developed from a range of self-disciplines such as Karate, boxing & tai chi into a take-no-prisoners energetic routine. We dare you to put your "guard up" & show us what you got! Nervous? Then attend BodyBasics first!! COMBAT TECHNIQUE is the pre-requisite for this class if you choose not to attend BodyBasics. Low options will be given for beginners as intensity can range from moderate to advanced to cater to a wide variety of fitness & experience levels.
BodyJam
The most funk in fitness! A 55-minute workout set to the latest music & greatest dance moves. It's cardio fun at its best for those with a passion for movement. You'll burn calories, increase your fitness level and learn to dance better! A little nervous about getting started? No fear. consider "Starter Jam" as the technique of the moves will be reviewed more thoroughly and options for "bigger moves" will be given throughout the entire class geared toward beginners and even Silver Sweethearts!
BODYPUMP :: "The Fastest Way in the Universe To Get In Shape!"
BODYPUMP is the revolutionary weight training workout in a group fitness setting using barbells with adjustable weights, set to motivating music. BODYPUMP is a simple, athletic-based workout that strengthens, tones and defines every major muscle group in your body.ideal for beginners right through to experienced exercisers. It is the workout for EVERY - BODY. And because BODYPUMP consists of multiple repetitions to build muscle tone, it will increase your metabolism and burn calories & fat. BodyVive
An absolute must for those new to Momentum, new to group exercise and even those who have been working out and are looking to rejuvenate, re-energize and revive! It's a 55-minute, low-impact workout with aerobic conditioning, resistance training and a “core & restore” block all & set to highly energizing, fun music. BodyVive is "fizzing with energy!"
Core n More
Work on those muscles that give you the stability to stand up tall and move through life with less back pain and more overall strength. Work the deep muscles of the abdominal section as well as the more superficial muscles that will give you better definition around your waistline. 30 minutes, and you're good! All levels welcome!
Line Dancing
Hoot, holler and boot-scoot boogie in this unique line dancing "exercise" class that will lighten your feet and heart. it's electric! For all levels of fitness. Highly recommended for Silver Sweethearts.
Mat Pilates
This is a great class to make you much stronger and more productive in other areas of the club. Mat Pilates is designed to stretch and strengthen your core muscles using both concentration and perseverance to create a better sense of well-being, balance and posture. Not only will your muscles become longer and leaner, but your overall performance in ALL your activities will improve with your more stable core! Great for ALL levels of fitness!
Mind & Body Basics
MIND & BODY BASICS PERFECT FOR NEW MEMBERS! Not really sure if Mat Pilates or Yoga is right for you? Want to truly grasp the concept of these two highly-popular mind & body classes? Not sure if YOUR form is where it needs to be? This is an incredible class to educate and inspire you to be "moved" by the power of the mind & body connection in Mat Pilates and Yoga. Very much recommended for ALL members, and especially those new to Momentum and considering taking a Mind & Body class!
New Pumpers
A 15-minute introduction for those new to BodyPump on how to execute the proper moves that will be used within the actual BodyPump class. This is a requirement for new participants of BodyPump!
RPM
Also known as "the rock concert on wheels," RPM is a fun, athletic, cardiovascular cycling workout that kills calories in record time - up to 600 in a single ride. It provides a lightening quick improvement in endurance as well as a fast boost in lower body strength. Raw Power in Motion!
RPM Lite
This is the option for beginners who want to try rpm without jumping into the more intense rpm class. RPM lite will begin with proper bike set-up, a review of the riding positions and then an actual experience of the actual rpm class (for 30 minutes instead of the RPM 45-minute ride).
Roller Release
Gain the incredible pain-relieving benefits of myofascial massage with the use of the foam-roller as it releases the tension of the muscles allowing you to move more freely. This is a must for every member! It's 30-minutes of pure relief!
Step-n-Tone
For those who want a great cardio workout with basic step moves... sure to get your heart pumping using simple patterns. Use of hand weights will be incorporated within the class. Beginner and Intermediate level (yet a great class for those who do not feel ready for BODYSTEP).
Stretch
Feel like you're not ready for Yoga, but want to derive the benefits of stretching? This 30-minute basic stretch class is focused on improving your flexibility to relieve tightness, improve mobility and lengthen your body's potential. Enjoy the feeling of feeling longer and leaner! For ALL levels of fitness.
Tai Chi
The slow-motion martial art of Tai Chi involves a variety of movements that work all aspects of your fitness and well-being. Its principles set in motion become a part of your daily existence and the benefits will be rewarding. Balance, body awareness, muscle tone, flexibility, range of motion, digestion, and reduced stress are all part of Tai Chi. So take a challenging journey of internal awareness and power honoring the movement of the human body.
Total Tone
This is the ideal combination of strength & toning to work every major muscle group from head to toe! & Using your own body weight as resistance as well as physioballs, bands and dumbells, you'll & learn a great variety of exercises in this one-hour class. Get a double-dose of motivation and education while & seeing great changes & in body's shape and working metabolism as well!
TreadTraining
For those of you who feel you don't have coordination for classes, but like to workout with others, you'll love treadtraining. This interval training class is conducted on the treadmills, and whether you are a walker or runner, this 30-minute class will improve your stamina, overall form and focus. Designed for all levels of fitness because you set your OWN pace! Learn the power of a treadmill here!
Yoga
Derive the numerous benefits of stretching and strengthening through rhythmic moves using your breath in order to increase your flexibility to relieve pain within your body, elongate your muscles for a more toned appearance and open your mind to a whole new exercise experience. Challenging for the advanced, definitely doable for the beginner.
