What is F.I.T. camp?
It is a Fun Intro to Training for both girls and boys ages 7-11!! This is a great opportunity for adolescents who are interested in becoming more active and being introduced to working out in a fitness center setting. Activities will include cardio on treadmills, recumbent bikes & a circuit-style class. Strength will include bands, dumbbells and body weight used as resistance. Flexibility as well as agility training will also be included as a part of the fitness regimen. Basic nutrition concepts will be presented to help empower kids to make healthy choices when selecting snacks and meal choices.
Who is it for?
Both boys and girls ages 7-11 who are interested in becoming more active or increasing their physical activity during the school year. Children can be members or non-members. It is a Fun Intro to Training for both girls and boys ages 7-11!!

The program is under the direction of Momentum Personal Trainer, Marie Yost, B.S. Sports Management with an emphasis on Wellness & Fitness from California University of PA and experience in several youth programs that promote healthy lifestyle behavioral changes. BEGINS SATURDAY, JANUARY 16! Attend on a weekly basis, but your child will enjoy it so much, they'll want to come every week! Go for a healthier and happier 2010... don't delay! Bring a friend who has never attended and pay only $12 total for both you and your friend!
