FOR WOMEN...

If you want a hard-core, kick-your-ass, leave-you-crying type of workout, then you'll love Mind & Body Bootcamp where your physical and mental toughness will be tested in the most rigorous workout this side of the Mississippi (or is the Susquehanna?). 2. Half-Marathon Training Program: Prepare for the Oct. 3 Hershey Half-Marathon with fellow Momentum members where there is a weekly group run but can connect with fellow women training to prepare for the race. FOR GIRLS/ADOLESCENT FEMALES...
1. Girlz Rule!: a program for girls' ages 7-11 designed to expose them to Momentum's most popular workout classes, to learn more about healthy eating, to develop a stronger body, mind & spirit connection. Easy registration online! Session 2 is now forming to begin Tuesday, July 20! Hurry... registration deadline is July 16!
2. Total Sports Conditioning for Female Athletes: this small group training program is for the female who wants to take her conditioning and skillset in her respective sport to the next level. Ages 12 and up can form their own group (with a minimum of 2) with fellow teammates to work on more sport-specific conditioning OR join a group that is focusing on overall conditioning (cardio, total body strength-core, upper and lower and flexibility) with our general sports conditioning group. A great pre- or post-season training option for the summer!
3. Kids' Summer Camp: for both girls and boys who will be coming with mom this summer-- great for our younger adolescents to keep them active while mom works out! With no additional fee to Mini Mo care, classes and activities include: Wacky Water Day outside; MoJo's Bootcamp, Outdoor Adventure Training; Pre-Season Conditioning; Bumper Buddies (great stress reliever for those with siblings!); Game Day; Big Ball Play; and Outdoor Art. All activities are offered from 9:30am - 12:00pm.
