
This small group training program is for the female who wants to take her conditioning and skillset in her respective sport to the next level. Ages 12 and up can form their own group (with a minimum of 2) with fellow teammates to work on more sport-specific conditioning OR join a group that is focusing on overall conditioning (cardio, total body strength-core, upper and lower and flexibility) with our general sports conditioning group. A great pre- or post-season training option for the summer!
Sessions begin week of June 13! E-mail info@momentumfit.com to request your time (see below) and include age, sport and reason for training!
2 female athletes: $15/athlete for the one-hour session
3-5 female athletes: $10/athlete for the one-hour session
6 or more: $8/athlete for one-hour session

7:00am M-F;
10:20am Fri;
anytime between 11:30am-4:00pm M, W, F;
7:30pm Mon or Tue;
6:30pm Fri;
11:30am - 3:00pm Sat;
3:00pm Sun
