It is our pleasure to announce that Quality Cleaners will begin pick-up and delivery dry cleaning and shoe repair services here at Momentum. This convenient service is being offered to you at Quality Cleaners's over-the-counter price, saving you 20% off the home-delivery prices, yet the same convenience. This new venture will allow Momentum members access to all of Quality’s on-site services including dry cleaning, shirt laundry, alterations, and shoe repair. In addition, Momentum members can also take advantage of detailed cleaning including draperies, household items, and wedding/bridal gowns. The Schedule:
Clothes should be deposited into the designated receptacle on Mondays when you visit Momentum to workout. Your clothes will be ready for pick-up at Momentum on Fridays as early as 5:00am!
Here is how to take advantage of this added convenience presented to you by Quality Cleaners & Momentum:
1. Ask for a Quality Cleaners dry cleaning bag at the Member Services’ desk. When picking up your bag, please be sure you also receive a "Customer Preference Card (CPC)"
2. Complete the CPC so Quality Cleaners will have your billing information as well as your dry cleaning/shirt laundry preferences. Monthly statements will be sent to your home, so please make sure your correct home address is on your CPC. As an added convenience, Quality Cleaners will keep your credit card on file to be billed on or about the first of each month. You will be sent a receipt of the charge and a monthly statement, accounting for all of your monthly activity.
a. If you have any specific instructions such as "no creases in pants" or "fold sweaters over hangers", please note this anywhere on your CPC. This information will be added to your account and will apply to all of your orders.
3. Put your clothes and the CPC card (for your initial drop-off) in the Quality Cleaners bag and drop it in the designated receptacle on Mondays.
4. Your clothing will be returned on Fridays with a detailed invoice attached to your order and a personalized bag that will stay with you as long as you are a customer. As long as you use this bag, Quality Cleaners will know all of your information and you will no longer need to fill anything out on a weekly basis. Everything will be securely stored via our computer system under your name/personalized barcode.
