Kathy is passionate about the benefits Pilates can bring to oneself. She believes whole-heartedly it creates greater body awareness and keeps you focused and centered – truly connecting the “dots” to the overall mind, body and spirit experience of being healthy and able to move.  She loves working with clients, especially women who are brand new to exercise or are not quite sure what the reformer is all about. “I love working with women on the reformer and seeing them feel their strength gains from the inside out. They become so strong in everything else they attempt because of it!”

Kathy is inspired by Momentum's warm, family-like atmosphere and gains her motivation from each individual's amazing stories of success. “Every little movement counts, and never say never or that you can’t because you CAN! That’s why I’m here to help you get there!” Kathy is  pursuing her ACE Personal Training certification to increase her overall knowledge base and add to her numerous years in the fitness industry.

  • PHI Pilates Reformer & Tower certified—2005; Yoga Fundamentals & Mat Pilates certified
  • AFAA, AAAI certified instructor; RPM certified
  • Instructs several mind & body classes including Mat Pilates, Yoga & BodyFlow; also teaches Core n More, Total Tone & RPM
