Kate has years experience in the fitness industry and has evolved into a leader in the mind & body disciplines after having taught step, cycling and BodyPump in the past. Her goal is to help women    facilitate growth in a positive direction by turning their body’s Weaknesses into strengths. She became a mind & body “guru” as she loves challenging her clients through the precision and versatility of the reformer equipment. She seeks to train those women who desire a stronger core and want to work hard to gain strength and flexibility... a perfect balance. Namaste.

Kate enjoys kayaking, yoga, reading, travelling, organic gardening & cooking as well as photography.
