 Taking her experience she has gained in training athletes, Shannon's drive to help motivate, coach and move one to her personal best transcends beyond the athletic arena. Shannon seeks to help any female understand her body as a vehicle to reach its fullest potential based on their current fitness level. She takes her role seriously in helping to move someone in body, mind & spirit to a better place as well as transitioning one to where fitness is a true part of their being. Shannon believes that beyond just achieving results, one can find out a lot about themselves through the journey in working to achieve their goal... it should be challenging, enjoyable and rewarding all at the same time. Her experience includes working with elite track and field athletes to mature clients and seniors at the YMCA; she also has worked with small groups for overall fitness improvements and has run training, conditioning and athletic programs for teams.
