Abby Policastro

Personal Trainer

Abby holds an ACSM Personal Trainer certification which is deemed the “gold standard” in the industry for personal trainers. And because of her degree, certification and experience, she is classified as an "Elite" personal trainer at Momentum. She brings her education together with experience in working with Phase III/Phase IV cardiac rehabilitation patients and outpatient physical therapy clients.

While Giesala began first as a member, then became a Momentum instructor teaching classes such as BodyVive, BodyFlow and BodyJam, she made the leap of faith into fitness by changing her career to change women's lives.

As a recent graduate from California University of PA, Marie gained hands-on experience working with many of the athletes 1-on-1 as well as several of the women’s sports teams. She is very familiar with Momentum and its members as she was an intern just before her final year at CUP in 2008 and admires how supportive everyone is within the very positive atmosphere.
