Take 581 East to the Carlisle Pike Exit. Loop around and take a left onto the Carlisle Pike. Momentum Fitness will
be on your left directly after you go under the overpass. We are located in the same plaza as Carpet Mart.
From Carlisle:
Take 81 North to 581 West. Take the Carlisle Pike Exit. Loop around and take a left onto the Carlisle Pike. Momentum Fitness will be on your left directly after you go under the overpass. We are located in the same plaza as Carpet Mart.
