Attack Lite will provide a workout with modified moves done at a low-impact. The workout includes quick upper body and lower body toning work. MomandMeZumba: Here’s a chance for mothers & daughters to enjoy some healthy, quality time in the most popular dance party workout! Girls ages 7 & up are invited to join their moms together in a kid-friendly Zumba class. This is 30 minutes in length; mothers must be present and shakin’ it with their daughters while class is being conducted. Those girls who tire or choose not to participate must return to Mini Mo.

This is the option for beginners who want to try rpm without jumping into the more intense rpm class. RPM Lite will begin with proper bike set-up, a review of the riding positions and then an actual experience of the actual rpm class (almost 30 minutes instead of the RPM 50-minute ride).
