- Oversees Momentum's Member Services Desk staff and Mini Mo childcare operations
- Directs the Membership Department and ensures members are provided with quality instruction and an overall quality experience at Momentum
- Has been with Momentum since its opening in April of 2001 and has worked in the various departments beginning with the Member Service Desk then working in the Membership Department, Membership Director and currently Club Manager;
- Serves on the board of the Mid Atlantic Club Management Association since 2006 - a regional organization comprised of health clubs seeking to improve the fitness industry; a subsidiary of IHRSA, an international organization
- Instructs group classes including BodyStep, BodyPump & BodyJam
